Til-IROUGH the past sixty years, with the steady develop- ment of Notre Dame has taken place a parallel growth in its mission activities Especially active is the Mission Club which tends to follow the Rt. Rev. Msgr. john P. Treacy's Propagation of the Faith program by aiding both the home and foreign missions. It has sponsored raffles and collected large quantities of stamps, the proceeds of which are sent to the missionaries, particularly Father Charles Bonnot and Father John Kilian, two Jesuit priests. Members of the club sew dresses, dolls and pin cushions in their spare time along with making religious book- marks and collecting holy pictures.
