PRINCIPAL ' S MESSAGE In the years to come as you leaf through your 1960 NoDaAc, many fond thoughts and memories will return to you. You will recall many favoured and familiar settings where you spent such happy hours together with your friends; the bright and smiling faces of those you have grown to know and to love; the varied and interesting activities and pastimes in which you participated. But — above all, my dear girls, may you recall the deep and lasting lessons of truth that Notre Dame has tried to implant in your hearts during your years here. If you ever keep in mind this true wisdom, and live it out in your future lives, it will be your surest guarantee of personal success and of eternal happiness; and we will always be able to be as proud of you, as you are today of Notre Dame!
