The second year Sophomores acquire knowledge of the Redeeming Love oi lesus Christ, While in the third year the luniors learn of the Sanctitying Love oi the Holy Ghost and the Church. The Seniors complete the courselin their study of the Beautiiying Love of the Triune God. This is done through the Correlation of Doctrine, Sacra- ments, Morals, Prayer, Holy Scripture, Church His- tory, Lives of Saints and Apologetics.

611,644 . . ,Simi . . clllemlure Courses in English are designed to develop skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking which are necessary in personal, social and occupational life. Students are prepared to meet their responsi- bilities in a democratic country having freedom of press and speech. They are also made aware ot the power of the spoken and written word to influence others in making this a better world. Appreciation and enjoyment of good literature is not neglected. This is begun in the Freshman and Sophomore year. In the Iunior year students concentrate on Ameri- can literature while in the Senior year they be- come acquainted with the best masters in English literature.
