These words were repeated time after time by friends and acquaintances of James Butler, 1959 graduate of Norwood-Norfolk Central School. James Butler, son of Margaret and Leon Butler of Norfolk was killed instantly when the truck he was driving struck a tree at 9330 p.m. October 23, 1959. We who knew and admired him may forget the date, time, and circumstances. We may also forget his participation and interest in sports, music, and class activities. It is certain,however, that the im- pression he made upon us during his lifetime cannot be removed, Jim's death was a lesson to all of usg we are immortal only in the memories we leave and impressions we make, Wecogadwfa MISS EVA BISHOP We, the Senior Class of Norwood-Norfolk Central School, are happy to recog- nize Miss Eva Bishop in the 1960 issue of the Keystoner. For many years she has been a Latin teacher in this school system. Miss Bishop, a perfectionist herself, sought always to instill that idea in her pupils. Playing on a com- peting team and getting the good hard exercise that goes with it is vital to a high school athlete. ln high school, the teams are not playing for money or any gold medal. Here they are just acquiring experience and having the fun of playing the game. This year, the scoring was led by Rodney Wolstenholme with a total of 189 points. He also won the foul shooting trophy.
