fOfifUJORD How, fellow braves, squaws and papooses! As you can see, we have decorated the Tiot in the traditional war paint of blue and white. Tiot, my fellow tribesmen, when translated into the language of the paleface simply means Norwood. On the following pages we have recalled the heap big happenings of all the tribe from papocse to chief-- of tribal dances, of the warrior councils, of pow-wows, and of skirmishes with ether tribes. So read on, fellow aborigines, and keep in mind — a remembrance a day keeps the medicine man away. L. W. Graduates of 1951: Once again it is my privilege to addre ss a brief message to you, the members of our graduating class. Let me first congratulate you on reaching this important milestone in your lives. It is a happy occasion for you, for your parents, and for your friends. As you move on now toward adulthood at this most critical period in the life of our nation, remember, if you will, that your most precious heritage as an American citizen is the opportunity to live in a free, democratic society — a society dedicated to the brotherhood of man and the fatherhood of God. With each succeeding milestone may you grow in your appreciation of the profound significance of that heritage. CHARLES A. HAYDEN, Principal
