Mr. Carl H, Albrecht. The dean of girls is Miss Charlotte E. Kehm. She is a true friend to all the girls at Norwonrl. The bnys7 problems are settled by Mr. Albert Cesetbracht, dean of boys and assistant principal. Two members are elected at one general election and the other three are elected two years later.
