THE KDMINISTBATIIIN The administration of Norwin High School has established a policy of democracy in the school which has become one of its chief assets. The administrative leaders have also placed Norwin wholeheartedly behind the national defense program, pledging the full co- operation of both students and faculty. Superintendent of Schools, Carl C. Pearsall, has contributed much toward progressiveness at Norwin. He has introduced ideas typifying the modern trend in education and has guided the patriotic endeavors of the student body in the nation's best interests. Principal John W. Clawson has always enthusiasti- cally promoted democracy at Norwin. He referred many problems in school government directly to the pupils, permitting them to voice their own opinions.
