The cynical side of me says that the one thing I learned from taking this job is: NEVER VOLUNTEER. After all. we did run into a few hassles with people and time. But they're past us. The fact that a 1972 yearbook is in your hands proves it. Actually, I must say that I considered this job a fantastic experience. I haven't put it all to- gether yet, but 1've learned more about people and management than I thought there was to know. The best word for it is insight. I owe thanks to too many people. Foremost in my mind right now are those on the staff fAdrienne Cay, Cathy Bandlow, Louise Gallagher, Marcia Litchfield, Dan Manningj who put in those long hours the week before our final deadline, Mrs. Cay, who put up with the confu- sion in her house that week, the rest of the staff, Miss Vernacchio, who was volunteered into this mess, the administration: the secretaries, twiceg those faculty members that donated time and supplies, and anybody else I shouldn't have forgotten. We knew what we wanted out of a yearbook and we got it if it was at all possible. I like the book: I hope you do, too. Doug Knowles, Editor 1972 How about this picture?
