Few students realize the magnitude of their teachers' duties and responsibilities. The ideal teacher must keep his lessons simple enough to be comprehended by the slowest, yet complex enough to be challenging to the brightest. Each class period must be interesting for everyone. The ideal teacher instills his students with curiosity and a desire to learn. His students look forward to each class, and do assignments willingly.
