The sun has shown on the class of 1944. Bill Young, our class president, has lust set- tled down for his first term as President. of the United States. The Republicans finally suc- ceeded in defeating Franklin D. Roosevelt and the democratic party, The class vice president, Mrs. John T. Edwards. nee Esther Ri. Antrim, is very proud of her young daughter who has just become president of Girl Reserves. Miss Mossman would have loved to have directed her endeavors. Secretary Marjorie Miller is a very successful secretary to President William Young. She adds greatly to the executive outer office. Winnie Auble, class treasurer, has given up fi- nances for the movies. Her face and figure have made her a second Betty Grable. Her Bob Stone- ham, after a successful military career, is playing the great Boyer with an English accent. The brains of our class have become university wizards. Art Chandler is president of Harvardg Ted Cage, of Yale, and Martha Stevenson, of Wellesley. Bob Adkins is a creator of jewelry. From his junior high years and noodle jewelry he has pro- gressed to creating diamond novelties. Modeling now for Opal Kelley is Kitty Alt. Opal is painting a back-to-nature group and Kit- ty's deep skin blends: Well. Gloria Hawley is now a famous dress designer. Helen Jean Sanidow and Carol Pool are steady patrons, The New York Symphony Orchestra gained two members from our class. Virginia Bracy plays the French horng Alfred Peirce' occupies an oversize chair in the trumpet section, The Gordon twins, Harry and Verne, are now in vaudeville. They dance and sing like old times. Gerald Dreisbach is now Norwalk's leading photographer. He has a studio of his own and caters to students for photography. Secretary of Agriculture in Mr. Young's cabi- net is Thomas R. Heckelman.
