Foreword OH ALMA MATER, SCHOOL SO FAIR, NO GREATER WISDOM ,ANYWHERE . . . This is the knowledge that we have gained from three short years at Norview High School. Seniors, now graduating, can look back on the 1966 Pilot, an accumulation of all the memo- ries, to relive their past years. In years to come, sopho- mores and juniors will see how much Norview High has meant to them and what a greater meaning it will have when they turn from the future to view the past. Graduation is not an end in itseltl but a beginning to a future, just as Norview was a beginning to each new stu- dent. This is what our Pilot represents - Norview High School - its students, faculty, clubs, curriculum, athletics, and the powerful school spirit which add to the memories that we may take when we have long since departed Nor- View's glorious halls. And so - WE HAIL TO THEE, OH NORVIEW HIGH. And give to you, the students, the 1966 Pilot.

In Appreczatzon I Mr. Wilbert W. Will The familiar face ofthe man on the ladder is The Pilot photographer, Mr. Wilbert W. Will. We, the student body of Norview High School, wish to express our appreciation for all the many hours of patient service Mr. Will has devoted so willingly to us. This interest started back in 1949 when his son, Jack Will, who is now a cameraman at WTAR-TV, Norfolk, en- rolled in Norview. Even with the graduation of his son, this devotion has never waivered, but has continued to grow through the years. During his recent illness, Mr. Will has remained loyal to Nowiew. We can never tell you how much - We appreciate you, Mr. Will. ,m-
