The minds, hearts, and souls of the Norview stu- dents are as delicate and intricate as the hue works of the Japanese. The faculty shapes and molds the stu- dents much the same as the workmen formed the delicate Japanese dolls. The workmen lovingly shape the crude lines of the raw materials into a gracefully beautiful work of art. This same love and dedication is ever-present as the faculty forms useful, intelligent ll f Guidance is an important keynote for the Norview students, Just as the Japanese workmen needed help and planning for their creations, the students need the counseling and guidance of our faculty, and ad- ministrators.
