Norfolk is other things, too. It is Southern and has a quality that is best expressed hy the word hospitality. lt has its famous Azalea Gardens, where an International Azalea Court is held in late April. This garden is one of the relatively few municipally ovvned and operated in the entire country. It is located adjacent to the Norfolk Municipal Airport on 100 acres of native woodland. Thus, in every way, Norfolk adequately satisfies the needs of a booming American metropolis. Its ever-growing schools, its many municipal services, its mushrooming housing expansion, its innumerable churches, hanks, amusement Centers, its hustling transportation system-all enahle Norfolk to keep its proud title of the largest city in the State of Virginia. -5 Air rwfjj
