The co-op program affords us an opportunity to demonstrate the sincerity of our interest in their development. Qualified students can actively participate and involve themselves in a variety of roles throughout our company. We vvant this to be a meaningful experience for them . . . and for us. Our aim is to provide students a chance to sharpen their skills and apply classroom knowledge to a real job situation. In so doing, vve hope to earn their respect and gain a better understanding of their desires and aspirations. This should be a meaningful experience for both of us.
