Automotive Marketing The main Automotive Marketing event was the Fifth Annual Northwood Auto Show held on October 5 and 6, 1968. The only Auto Show in the nation put on by students includ- ed standard production models as well as fac- tory experimental autos, engines, and acces- sories. Students enrolled in the Automotive Market- ing Program were divided into teams; these teams greeted the visiting public and dis- cussed the features of the 1969 automobiles. An estimated 25,000 people attended this year’s Show. 15
