Junior Cham- ber of Commerce as one of America’s Ten Out- standing Young Men of 1965. He shared this high honor with men like Bill Moyers, (special assistant to LBJ), Edward H. White II, (our first walker in space), and Jerry é Herman (composer-lyricist for ‘“‘Hello, Dolly!’’). f Given to President Turner was the impressive “silver hands’? award, about which Olympic By es star, the Rev.
