H } i ' ; Mr. Cogsdill addresses students Everyone must become increasingly aware of and be concerned with the business, the art, of effective communications. This was the advice given by F. E. Cogsdill, director of general service and corporate identity of the Chrysler Corporation to Northwood students and faculty. One point Mr. Cogsdill emphasized was the risk of losing product identity when there are so many products on the market. In addition to this problem is the danger of communication over skill.
