Whereas Mr. Robert Koehler's football boys were undefeated in conference play, whereas the frosh-soph basketball squad under Mr. Marshall Torgerson was also undefeated in conference play, whereas the varsity basket- ball team coached by Mr. Lyle Bestul won the conference championship and first place in the county tournament, therefore, we, the class of 1956, dedicate the Viking to our boys and to their coaches. Displaying cooperation, persever- ance, sportsmanship, and desire, these boys have brought honor to themselves and to NHS.
