Below Food Service Director John Turner has a specialty of preparing banquets. These ban- quets are acclaimed throughout much .of southern Indiana. Of course it is the ban- quets that receive the publicity, but Mr. Turner and his staff also have the responsi- bility of preparing three meals a day for resident students.
