Goldenaires travel to various performances Goldenaires consist of a small group of sing¬ ing seniors that perform in a variety of programs throughout the season. A junior Goldenaires also exists but this group is responsible for fewer performances. Members of Goldenaires spend extra hours in their weekly, evening rehearsals and perform many popular numbers. The Goldenaires were also a colorful part of both winter and spring choir concerts. SEATED: Beth Frye, Pat Giska, Karen Yoder, Barb Mishler, Joan Skiles, Michele Miller, Peggy Shantz. Jazz band earns superior rating in contest Among the me mbers of the school's concert bands, come the Jazz Band performers. The group practiced outside of school hours and performed many lively tunes. Along with their regular concert appearances, the band won the first Northwood band plaque when they were rated superior in Jazz Band contest.
