DEDICATION Throughout the editorial year the powers to be remain on constant alert — the search for an individual. The qualifications which he must possess are certainly precious in their nature. Devotion to duty, social conscience, sincerity in pur- pose, and tolerance of his fellows are factors which must be present. We must be ever aware of these qualities in the quest for this individual and must endeavor to ascribe them to him whom they best fit. Time and again a name is mentioned and yet each falls by the wayside. We are at long last rewarded and in return we present an award. For at last an individual is found who possesses the characteristics which justify him as the deserving recipient. We therefore humbly and proudly dedicate the Potpourri of 1960 to you, the students of Northwestern State College.
