Ike STUDENT The Student Body Association was formed on the Normal campus sixteen years ago to permit the students to regulate all matters pertaining to stu- dent life that do not interfere with the policies of the Administration. The Student Council, executive of the Associa- tion, is composed of fourteen members, eleven elected and three coming from campus religious organizations. The Council has supervision of the other student organizations in matters pertaining to general student welfare. Two major programs were carried out by the Council during the 1942-43 session of the college. The first was a successful campaign to increase, both in number and length, date nights for women students.
