A traditional symbol of steadfastness and hope on the Northwestern campus is the bust of Abraham Lincoln. It was erected 50 years ago by the Class of 1915. Mrs. Arthur Lane, president of that class, and Jim Staiger, president of the Class of 1965, view the memorial on the anniversary date.
