Phillips Noah bequeaths to any who may desire the same, his histrionie ability, especially in Negro Minstrel selections, his supple grace and sense of rhythm. James C. Ryan bequeaths to Eugene Ellis, all and sundry his various hats (especially derbies) to enable the aforesaid Ellis to better portray the Yiddish character, Kate Bilyeu bequeaths to those appointed on committees (although appointed thereon) and making the rest do the work while she takes the honor. Amata Camp and Vella Frazee, jointly, bequeath to would-be vaudevilists, their ability as interpreters of the “Highland Fling.” George Baxter bequeaths to Signor John MeCormick, tenor, his superb voeal ability, less, of course, his ability to read music, not knowing anything about that, William Carpenter bequeaths his patented ‘‘mustache grower” to Floyd Ames. Mary Ann Collins gives and bequeaths to Margaret Talley her “dating” ability. George Clark bequeaths to Historical Society of N.S. 'T. C. his medals, eups and ribbons won in athletic contests, Everett Cosart devises to Irvin Smeltzer his K. P. talents. Arthur Criswell devises all gambling paraphernalia to Nellie Drake. Mildred Frei bequeaths her spring hat to Mae Roberson. Earl Heaton bequeaths his set of boxing gloves to Orville Cameron. (You'll need ‘em, Orville, after this Ranger comes out). Ruth Gibler bequeaths all desire she may have had to become a nurse to Muriel Stewart. (Stick to teaching, Muriel, it’s not near so hard), Fred Drake gives, devises and bequeaths to all subalterns his service stripes, chevrons, epaulets, sword, John Brown belt and all other official insignia of his rank in the Senior Boy Scouts, save and except his shiny brass bars. Roy Daniel bequeaths his ““Lion’s Den to N, S. 'T. C. for a menagerie. h q 5 Dan Kiechman devises his erudite and scintillating vocabulary and pronouncin s : 2 ability of the English language to Miriam Bowman. Anna Ingle bequeaths her “Gloria Swanson bob” to Ruth Hutson. Willis Jobes bequeaths his laziness to Omar Hill. Mrs. Battenberg wills to Juanita Smith “her gift 0’ gab.” Marcus Webster wills to Mort Welch his social duties and all social engage- ments after May 22, 1925. Ethel Samuel Crump bequeaths to G. C. Jackson, one 1 Spencerian. Mildred Ritehey bequeaths her secret formula for red hair to Helen Pangburn. Hazel Simon bequeaths to Wayne Ballard her precious chum, Adah Mae Gal- breath. Edythe Stowe bequeaths her ability as a solo dancer to all lovers of the art. Opal Trever and Alice Taylor jointly and individually bequeath their un- godly racket to Brooks Bicknell. Gladys Rice bequeaths her power to remain silent to Vida Davis. Ruth Wheatley bequeaths to Juanita Smith her ability to live without talking.
