60 THE TARGET Carnival It is needless to say the Eighth Annual Carnival was a success. It Would have been hard for it to be otherwise. Much of the credit, however, for this year's event was due to the Director General and the Business Man- ager, both of Whom vvere untiring in their efforts to make the 4'shoW a good one.
