The existence of a school does not depend on how solidly it is constructed or how up-to-date its equipment might be. Likewise, the achieving of genuine success is not at- tained by merely stressing the fine points of a beautiful building or its many possibilities and advantages For the real source of this success we must trace our thoughts back until arriving at the very core of a school s existence Here we discover that the underlying motivation for all school activity rests solely in the willingness of concerned people to do the task set before them Without the genuine interest and co operation of many people such as the school board the faculty the cooks the ianitors the secretary and many many students the fate of a struggling school would be hopelessly doomed to chaos For this reason we dedicate the following pages of our 59 WARRIOR to the PEOPLE of Northwestern 57
