Going into the district tourna- ment, the Warrior nine scalped West Liberty and Versailles. However, they went done to de- feat at the hands of Salem, bring- ing the season to an end with the title ofrunner-up in the dis- trict. Tumbling Team x. W Northwestern's Tumbling Team, the only one in the county, gave exhibitions at every other home basketball game. They also performed at several bene- fit performances and at Springfield- Hamilton game. The highlight of the year was their appearance on a T. V. show, Chan- nel 22 in Dayton.
