This year the Wildcats had another successful sea- son. They were number two in the county and partici- pated in the District 10 Play-Offs. In the play-offs the team defeated Saegertown, lost to Mercer and was edged out of third place by Iroquois, 59-58, in the closing seconds of the game at Westminster. Rick Starks started 73 consecutive games in his varsity basketball career, every game for the past three seasons. At the end of his three year career Rick had accumulated 1200 points. Principal Lee Davis presented Rick with the game ball at his 1000 point mark.
