DEL NORD-OVEST 1974 NORTHWESTERN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL ALBION, PENNSYLVANIA Spring 67 - 112 Administration Depts. 14- 28 Fall 29- 46 Winter 47 - 66 DEDICATION The Yearbook staff is proud to dedicate the 1974 edition of the Del Nord Ovest to three outstanding educators, Mrs. Ruth Rice, Mr. Paul Cassidy and Mr. Charles Gilbert. With so many years of exceptional service to the school and the community, they have promoted an atmosphere of learning and growth that has greatly expanded mental horizons and goals and we will always remember them as positive individuals and friends. THAT'S ME, I. AND ONLY ME, MYSELF. I AM NOBODY ELSE AND NOBODY ELSE IS ME, I AM I ALONE. I AM NOT YOU NOR THE OTHER GUY. I AM DIFFERENT. I AM LIKE NOBODY ELSE. NOBODY ELSE IS ME. I AM AN INDIVIDUAL, SET APART FROM EVERYONE ELSE. ---Les Egli THAT'S ME; ALL MINE. EVERYTHING'S FINE. JUST FINE. THE DAYS BEGIN TO COOL AND THE SUNSHINE-WHEN SEEN-IS STILL WARM SO YOU KNOW SEPTEMBER IS ON IT'S WAY OUT BUT EVERYTHING'S FINE. JUST FINE. -ALBY WHEN IS MAN STRONG UNTIL HE FEELS ALONE? What? Wait a minute, I didn't get the drift of what you said. Would you please repeat that? I LOVE YOU. I SAID, I LOVE YOU. No, you didn't; either I'm dreaming or the doorbell rang. YOU AREN'T DREAMING AND I'M SURE THE DOORBELL DOESN'T SAY, I LOVE YOU. There, I heard it again. Someone's at the door. NO, SOMEONE'S AT THE DOOR OF YOUR HEART. WHY DON'T YOU ANSWER IT? L . . I can't. . , I wouldn't know what to say. SAY NOTHING. JUST LET ME IN. Your don't know how long I've waited for you. Come in, please. , .The door's wide open. , . But would you mind wiping your feet? — Les Egli DR. FREEMAN MR. COOK SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS: (seated) Mr. Hazen, Mr. Miller, Mr. Hills and Mrs. McClymonds.
