Science Conquering The Elements Understanding the mysteries ofthe sciences is a requisite for today's citizen from the ama- teur's standpoint as well as that of the profes- sional because today the compass points to the age of atomic energy. To understand scientific advancement, classes at NHS study the fundamentals for this scientific age. Sophomores in biology discover new worlds in theory and in practice, through books, through microscopes. Juniors tackle chemical formulae proving hypotheses through experimentations.
