V. Wrestling Team enjoyed another fine season. They surprised other varsity teams, such as Algonac which was rated in the top 10 in class B, at Marlette. These young men set goals to surpass this year's varsity output for the up coming season. They finished this season 9-1 - the only loss being to Bentley's Varsity. The most outstanding J. V. wrestler was William McNeal. H-o-c-k-e-y is C-o-o-1 Under Coach Terry Harris, Northwestern's Hockey Team made a move this year in challenging other Genesee County Hocky Teams. This year's team continued to improve over all seasons which was lead by its seniors, Tim Rieber, Mark Skidmore, Jim Rubel, Robert Gonzalez, Roger Tinnin, Bill McCloskey and Ken Weston. The future is bright for icers, with more experience and more dedication, you will see a new look in Northwestern's Hockey program.
