Library The N.N.C. Library is under the direction of Miss Edith Lancaster. The library holdings now total approxi- mately 40,000 volumes. The staff cata- logues all new volumes, keeps track of the circulation of books and assists any- one needing help in the library. Testing Bureau Mr. Bernard Seaman is Head of N.N.C.,s Testing Bureau and is also Chairman of the Lower Division. Through his ofhce tests are given to new students for placement and guidance purposes, and graduate record examinations are administered to seniors. Campus Life 'E E Vice-President for Campus Life Dr. Joseph Mayfield, as Vice President for Campus Life, is in charge of student affairs and is responsible for student health services. He is Chairman of the Personnel Com- mittee, composed of Helen Wilson, Mac Webb and Elmore Vail. This committee keeps order on the campus and re- views student disciplinary activities.
