Bu iness Office The Business Manager, Dr. Howard Miller, is responsible to the President and the Board of Regents for the expending of funds and the financial progress of the college. He supervises the food services, the domitories, and the bookstore. Stu- dent Hnancial affairs and loans are also under his direction. '-...M K, ,f DR.
