BERNARD SEAMAN Q A endemic Council One of the most important organizations on campus at the faculty and administrative level is the Academic Council. It is com- posed of the chairmen of each division and the Dean ot the college, Dr. Thelma B. Cul- ver, along with the Chairman of Lower Di- vision, the Registrar, the Librarian, and the Secretary. This group meets regularly to map out the present academic program ot the school as well as the future objectives in such mat- ters as registration, instruction. curriculum, and exemptions from academic require- ments. f . 1

flmirmun of Board i f ' THE BOARD OF REGENTS The Board ot Regents is made up ot the president ot the college, elected represen- tatives ot the ten districts ot the Northwest Educational Zone. and a representative ot the alumni association. These men meet twice a year, in September and March, to devise ways and means to promote the pro- gram of the college. They discuss the ac- ademic and spiritual purposes of the school and prepare programs for carrying out its aims. This year the board approved plans made tor campus improvement and building expansion, notably the new science hall.
