I .V :IQ-f'l f Q7 4 V I 1' '-Q 1 DCIZL' Mr. and Miss NWJC Attesting to their popularity among their fellow students, Bob Harris and Vicki 'Snooky' McArthur were named Mr. and Miss N W J C in the annual ROCKETEER Who's Who election. Their selection came in the second primary when they defeated runners-up James Gordon and Pearlie Wilson for the honors. Bob is president of the Student Government Association, second vice president of Phi Beta Lambda, a member of the V I P Club, and was president of the 1968-1969 Freshman Class, He was also elected sophomore favorite. 'Snooky' is treasurer of the Women's Council, vice president of the V I P Club, a cheerleader for two years, the outstanding student in education, and was a maid in the 1969 Homecoming Court. 27
