ChrisTmas Carols sung by candle lighT made you Teel very near ThaT TirsT BirThday oT The ChrisT Child born so many years ago. The Tippah CounTy Club had parTies -aT TrequenT inTervals all year. The shrielcs of laughTer made all Those wiThin earshoT iusT a liTTle sorry ThaT They weren'T included in The iolly group. As a meThod of raising Tunds To purchase iaclceTs, The TooTball Team sponsored dances Tor several weeks. They were always Tun, buT The shorTage OT man-power caused The girls To prefer reading occasionally. The Sophomore class sTarTed iTs round of parTies by having a dinner up-Town ValenTine's Day. ln The Spring There was a weiner roasT where everyone enjoyed singing songs around a camp-Tire. STill laTer, They really celebraTed by aTTending a picTure' show in Memphis and dining aT The Peabody aTTerwards. The Carnival Ball was really The crowning evenT oT The social calendar.
