The team did a good job for how hot it was, besides it is hard to compete against year-round tennis players such as Ka- paun and Southeast. Held back by inexperience, Pickett called the season a rebuilding year. The team's strength was the desire to im- prove their tennis, while their main weakenss was the inability to serve well. I think the girls did the best job they could, said Pickert. They played with a lot of determination. Letterwomesn were Kelly Lyman, Laura Lacey, Thu Ha Mickle, Dawn Gilman, Wing and Wallace. The tennis team was composed of ll players during the season. -Derik Dukes jfsazztili si 1 .sem QQQESSZLRP' Iii Zfssgii gl-gg s,.,,ttst.,a,.5-53,3 S221 st We stat swst::.,?E,2ssazsi::zzz :teaser sims as EEE :Vg s,t, Qilfiisfzarzif 1 1: s ' kitztfjiiiii' aiiitfittztzifwzzzz size: '- izsfzfazfzar its-:sz fliattatwssssw -wziwts W, sstr arg,-at .s.i ,W , wgtwsttizwrisst-5355 i'fft:t:W'122:::t2Esit: far AWN :ii sefszaatr . -Y amtwirtzf- 1' Asatiiizsfi Y f 'Swag ' ' C S2223 lg stanza itieatrzszts zraaitifiiaz ex Y Q 9 U at s W Zsalgxgiiit ze? t f Lg We swgsiitiismtrg H- . -wg Zisfissaswwmti ,Y ........ .... .... . .... . ..-. . .t ---. , .,.. . ,M .... -..-,,..:.: .-.,.
