BIKE RACER tvlr Tony Scott. electronics teacher, goes out lor his daily ride. UNUSUAL cars are the rage, and Joe Gorman takes his to lunch with friends Joe Ray, David Duckworth and Chris Driskill. Getting There- Going places is a vital part of being in high school but getting there is not always so easy. Students can choose a variety of ways to get around, The people with cars seem to be growing in numberg proof of this is in the parking lot. Getting to school late can mean parking on the last row! Skateboards are a new fad, though they've been around for a long time and they can provide a way to get where you're going. Some ride buses, bicycles, motorcy- cles or exchange or bum rides with theirfriends. Walking is another great way to get from place to place. Contrary to popu- lar belief, you don't have to have wheels to get around. Susie Arn walks to and from school everyday. 'When it's nice, she com- mented, l like to be outside.
