-I XV Northwest's Lady Trojans kept the crowds on the edge of their seats this year. Coached by lVlr. lVlarty Stamey, the J.V. girls basketball team held a scoring record of S-S. Northwest slipped by the Lady l-lornets SS-SS, with Suzanne Walker scoring nine points and Tasha Elwood scoring seven. Although the game didn't end in a victory over East Sowan, Suzanne Walker led with 'l S points. Against Forest l-lills, two outstanding Lady Trojans led Northwest by scoring in double figures. Suzanne Walker paced the Trojans with 'l S points while Emily Shepherd added 'I 'I points. The 'S7-SS season has been a learning experience for new members of the team.
