LADY TROJANS - SPC CHAMPS Beginning in early August and end- ing in November, the Lady Trojans worked hard for their first SPC Championship. With the loss of four of last season's top six seeds, inexpe- rience was a major concern. The first match proved that early practice was a good idea. Defeating Forest Hills with an S-'I victory gave the team hope for the season. AI- though they lost the second game, they were still in good spirits. Prac- tice continued with vvins over East Flowan, West Flowan, and Forest Hills. When they finally made it to the SPC Tournament, they were ready to cap- ture their first SPC Championship.
