Health is the state of an organism with respect to functioning, disease, and ab- normality at any given time. Physical Ed- ucation is education in the care and de- velopment of the human body stressing athletics. Many people don't consider Health and P.E. important subjects. Actually, they are quite important. These classes teach students about the human body. Physical Education classes alternate with the health classes. Students prac- tice skills in various sports including vol- leyball, soccer, softball, aerobics and weight lifting. Health classes study men- tal health, osteology, drugs and other re- lated subjects. Class discussions evolve from the textbook as well as problems. Mr. Shinn explains the rules again. Q?
