They have a choice of occupational vocations or industrial vocations. Receiving classroom instruction as well as actual experience 'on the jobf' the vocational students have the opportunity to receive as much training as possible. Electronics students explore and learn through repairing electrical appliances. Experimenting with electrical devices and learning to use testing equipment enable them to become better acquainted with their vocation. Agriculture is on a four-year basis, leaving the opportunity to the student as to how much he wishes to advance his farming techniques. Experience is acquired in soil con- servation, welding, crop and livestock raising, and operation and maintenance of farm machinery. Many of the necessary jobs around our school are undertaken by the masonry class. These students learn the trade of bricklaying as well as other practical construction work. This year, the new lieldhouse was partially constructed by the masonry students. The mechanics class seeks to learn the anatomy of a car body. Overhauling and repairing are only a few of the responsibilities they undertake. Mr. Dwight Harwell Masonry I and II Sponsor: Masonry Club
