In the day-by-day drama of our high school life, the faculty of Northwest Cabarrus High School plays a very important role. They are the directors of our high school years. Their impressions, demands, and ideas help us to mold our futures and to form our own philosophies. They not only direct us, but they give of themselves - their knowledge, time, dedication and concern. They expect the best, but have an understanding of the worst. The faculty is always willing to listen to our problems and help in any way they can. They are always there when we need them. sae, f- T, 'ua Y, my They are not only involved in our school lives, but also our social activities. Busy teachers donate their valuable time to help us by sponsoring our cheerleaders, the Junior-Senior, Sadie Hawkins and Homecoming Dances, our clubs, and our athletic teams. For all these things, we find the faculty of Northwest impossible to overlook. We give our praise and admiration to their never-ending patience and untiring efforts to impart knowledge.

Garmon, Playing a very important role, Mr. Garmon is dedicated to improving Northwest and he does a marvelous job keeping Northwest on a smooth-run- ning daily schedule. Mr. Garmon takes great interest in the extra-cur- ricular activities of the student body. He strongly approves of the D.E. and I.C.T. programs as well as the accomplishments of our Drama, Music, and Ath- letic Departments. He is proud ofthe Northwest cast and is glad to help and advise each student who needs his assistance. In the absence of Mr. Garmon, Mr. Boyce Caudle is ready to assume the role of director and all the responsibilities that go with the title. Along with his duties as co-director, Mr. Caudle also teaches, coaches, and Heads our Athletic Department. -alfa!
