On November 7, 1969, Pamela Lynn Safrit was selected Miss Merry Christmas of 1969. She was chosen by the Juniors and Seniors on the basis of attractiveness, talent, and personality to represent Northwest in the area pageant at A. L. Brown. Pam, a member of the 1969 Senior class, is a participant in many phases of Trojan life. She is a member of the Math Club, the F.T.A., and the Thespian Club in which she serves as President.
