ii fb Q' Every person at Northwest plays an important role in the drama of life, but some students have been blessed with special talents which separate them from the others. These are the stars which play the leading roles in Northwest's special drama. Each leading character has a unique personality. They must have the courage for their convictions, the strength for their determination, and the height for their goals. These attributes mark them as leaders of today and of tomorrow. These persons are eager, not only to do the required, but to extend extra effort, and thus making Northwest a noteworthy school. Diligent service results in a job well-done. Act well your part, there all the honor lies. This is what these students have done. To them, this section is dedicated. These are the students who will forever be remembered by their friends, teachers, and classmates for the outstanding jobs they have done and for all they have contributed to North- west. J 124 1 'xv-u A'h-'MW , , anioz Exceptional intelligence and a desire to always succeed led to the election of Dale Ben- son and Rita Hinson as S'Most Intellectual. With his ability to Work in and out of school, Dale participated in many extra- activities. Dale displayed his versatility by being active in the Pep Band, serving as Student Council President, and working as Editor of the Dynamis. Being active in extra-curricular activities has not hampered Rita's attainment of high aca- demic marks. She was an energetic member of the Band, the F.T.A., and Beta Club. Eager to offer her services, Rita was chosen as a Lab Assistant for Biology. Bismuth The dependability and willingness to practice their talent did not go unnoticed by the 1970 Senior Class when Pam Satrit and Jett McCombs were chosen Most Talented. Pam claimed the title ot Miss Merry Cliristmas and was a member ot' the Math Club. She was also president ot' Thespian Club. A member ot' the Beta Club. FTA and Student Council. Jetliexliibited his talent by performing as drum major and helping boost school spirit by playing in the pep band.
