service workers If s snack time Imagine working in a cafeteria made to handle 500 students yet being required to serve lunch to a body of over a 1000. Also imagine having to adjust to unfamiliar w orking conditions and still be required to serve hot lunches as fast and efficiently as possible w ith a shortage of trays, equip- ment, and personnel. The Northville High School lunch force put up with all that and more in its daily crusade to prepare, heat, and serve hot lunches and then clean up for over a thousand people daily. Their constant smiles and good humor greeted Northville students and faculty alike and made lunchtime cheerful and enjoyable for all.
