'T' I .- h - ' '-1- I VIKING PROUD The Wiring ofthe Year Award is given to one outstanding Senior student each year who typifies Viking pride and involvement. Geribfn Harding was a great choice for all of these reasons and more as the following would indicate. She was involved in S.A.D.D., D.H. Holmes fashion board, Beta Club Cpresidentb, Symphonic and Marching Band, Student Council, National Honor Society, Teen Court, Talent Search, and Foreign Language Club. Her honors were many. A few were scholarships to Stanford, Tulane, Southern Methodist, New York University, Texas Spelman College, and Texas Christian University, She was also Senior Class Reporter and of course a Viking of the month for April.
