H 1-., , PT., 'L K U51 W 'ijt Every junior class faces the task of sponsoring the prom, and the class of '78 added a Touch of Class to theirs. Raising the money for the prom was the order of business at the beginning of the year. The class sold derbies, Northside spirit megaphones, and Titan stocking caps. The juniors added an exciting and comical twist to basketball with a donkey basketball game. Girls and guys challenged the faculty, with the Juniors juniors coming out on top. Besides introducing a new twist in basketball, the juniors also had a new type of dance. lt was entitled the TWlRP . Tony Ashley was elected King Twirp and reigned for the en- tire dance. The class was led by three time president Stan Buck and an ex- perienced cabinet. Tom Moran serv- ed as vice-president and Kelly Davey served her third year as secretary.
