If you have an interest in music, the Northside Music department has a group to satisfy it. Concert Choir and Glee Club were involved in many programs this year. They participated in the musical, My Fair Lady , the annual Christmas sing, the Easter cantata, and gradua- tion. The two vocal groups were directed by Mrs. Doris Faulkner. Mr. Bill Deal directed the in- strumentalists through a busy schedule. The orchestra added a professional touch to the department's musical. The Jazz Ensemble, formerly the Stage Band, presented a jazz con- cert in the fall and participated in nearly all pep sessions. Their lively music was important in raising spirit.
