Ronnie Littlefield Ronnie Junior was our fine second base man for the team Ronnie was fast and able to move well Many a double play was achieved due to his ability and control He has one more year oi eligibility Rex Downing--Rex played his first ye a r of varsity ball for the Rams at fir st base. Rex, a sophomore, has two more years of eligibility and will be agreat help on future teams . Rex was a quick thinker and fast mover, and had the highest batting average dur ing the first Northside Tournament. Willie Valdez Willie a sophomore received h1s first varsity letter this year as third baseman Willie showed his speed and ability throughout the baseball season He gained much improvement and e xp e r 1 e n c e during the season

Bobby Pittman Bobby played an outstanding season for the Rams Bobby a senior was elected to the Hall of Fame for his control and pitching ability Bobby won many games for the Rams Marvin Ohlenbusch Marvin a sophomore played both varsity and 'B team this year as catcher Marvin did the best of his ability whenever he was called upon He gained ex- perience and showed good improvement Henry Trevino-' Moose Henry was often called was the long ball hitter the team Henry a soph- omore, racked more home runs than anyone on the team. He played outfield and showed good spirit and hustle. Craig Blankenship Craig played his first year of varsity ball for the Rams as a pitcher Craig a senior had a good fast ball as well as control and speed He was always ready to play and had good spirit James Dressen--Chuck a junior played an out- standing year for the Rams He played the po- sition of catcher and was also one of our finest hitters. Chuck received his third letter this year and will be a bright hope for next year's team.
